The registration fees above include VAT 25%.
*1 Early bird fee is available until 3 February 2025.
*2 The student fee applies to students and PhD students.
*3 The subsidized fee 1 applies to upper-middle-income countries, based on the country of the affiliated organisation.
*4 The subsidized fee 2 applies to low or lower-middle-income countries, based on the country of the affiliated organisation.

Registration includes
The registration fee for the CSW Conference 2025 covers admission to the conference from 7-9 May, as well as coffee and lunch on these dates as well as welcome reception on 7 May. Conference dinner on 8 May can be purchased at an extra cost.
Cancellation conditions
If you need to cancel your registration, please contact us at csw2025@akademikonferens.se. This will also help us minimize food waste.
- Cancellations received by 6 April 2025: A full refund will be issued, minus a cancellation fee of SEK 750.
- Cancellations made after 6 April 2025: No refunds will be provided.
- Cancellations of the conference dinner only are non-refundable.
- If you cancel an unpaid registration, you will be charged a cancellation fee of SEK 750.
Change of Name
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to someone else at no additional cost. Please contact us at the email address above if you wish to make this change.
