ISP seminar CLINTEC

The ISP seminar serves as an introductory seminar and welcome for newly admitted doctoral students, who attend with their principal supervisor to present their research project.

Once admitted to doctoral education at CLINTEC, the doctoral student will receive an email with information on how to register for an upcoming ISP seminar. Registration is made by email to the doctoral education administration. Dates for upcoming seminars are available on our Swedish website.

The doctoral student attends together with their principal supervisor to present and discuss their research project. Presentations are given in English using a PowerPoint presentation consisting of a total of four (4) slides, excluding the title slide (no animations are permitted in the presentation).

The presentation should be sent to the doctoral education administrator no later than three working days before the seminar. All invited doctoral students and principal supervisors attend the entire seminar to listen and take part in the discussions after each presentation.

Colleagues and other audience members are very welcome to attend and should register no later than three working days before the seminar date by contacting doctoral education.

The day before the meeting, a list of presenting doctoral students will be emailed to registered participants.

Doctoral education at CLINTEC encourages everyone active in research to take part in order to promote networking among researchers at our divisions. We provide refreshments and set aside time during the meeting for networking.
