The deposit will not be refunded to you automatically. To ensure efficient processing, we kindly ask you to submit the deposit reclaim form below within two months after your departure.

Note that the deposit can only be refunded to a card or bank account that has been used to make a rental payment to Karolinska Institutet. The amount originally paid with this payment method must exceed the amount of the deposit.

The deposit will be refunded to the card that was last used for paying an amount larger or equal to my deposit.

Please check with your bank which account information is needed for an international transfer to your account. State the number of an invoice that has been paid from this account.

By submitting these details I agree that KI Housing receives this information with the purpose of refunding my deposit.
