Deposit reclaim form

The deposit will not be refunded to you automatically. Please submit the deposit reclaim form below within two months after your departure in order to get the deposit back.

Note that the deposit can only be refunded to a card or bank account that has been used to make a rental payment to Karolinska Institutet. The amount originally paid with this payment method must exceed the amount of the deposit.
