Om mig

Jag är docent i psykologi och legitimerad psykolog med en bakgrund i företagshälsovården. Mitt forskningsfokus är på intervention, implementering och förbättringsvetenskap, med särskilt fokus på hur detta kan förstås och utvecklas utifrån psykologisk kunskap.  Jag leder forskningsgruppen Procome tillsammans med Henna Hasson.

Forskningsbeskrivning

Jag är involverad i flera olika forskningsprojekt med det övergripande syftet att öka vår förståelse för hur man kan åstadkomma förbättringar i serviceutfall, medarbetarhälsa och produktivitet.

Ett av mina forskningsintressen rör hur hälso- och sjukvården kan optimera användandet av evidens; alltså, hur vi kan säkerställa att rätt person får rätt insats i rätt tid. Jag är särskilt intresserad av hur man kan balansera följsamhet till en specifik metod med anpassningar till de förutsättningar och möjligheter som finns i varje enskild organisation.

En annan forskningslinje rör sambandet mellan process- och omgivningsförhållande och utfallet av interventioner. Vi har flera projekt kring det, finansierade av AFA Försäkring, Forte, KI-KID och NOS-HS. Flera av dem är internationella samarbeten.

 ett projekt lett av Anne Richter utvecklar vi och utvärderar en intervention som syftar till att träna chefer i att leda implementering. Avsikten är att minska såväl chefernas som de anställdas stressnivå, och samtidigt införa ny kunskap .

Tillsammans med doktorand Sara Korlen är jag involverad i forskning kring hur uppföljnings- och ersättningssystem i hälso- och sjukvården påverkar arbetsförhållanden och medarbetares arbetsmotivation.
