Value-Based Health Care for Chronic Care: Aligning Outcomes Measurement with the Patient Perspective
Ebbevi D, Forsberg HH, Essén A, Ernestam S
Qual Manag Health Care ;25(4):203-212. Available from: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27749717

Co-care: Producing better health outcome through interactions between patients, care providers and information and communication technology
von Thiele Schwarz U
Health Service Management Research; 2016 Feb; 29(1-2): 10–15.

Patient-initiated appointments compared with standard outpatient care for rheumatoid arthritis: a randomised controlled trial
Fredriksson C, Ebbevi D, Waldheim E, Lindblad S, Ernestam S
RMD Open 2016 ;2(1):e000184. Available from: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27042334

Registries as patient-centered learning health systems.
Nelson EC, Batalden PB, Homa KA, Dixon-Woods M, Van Citters AD, Morgan TC, Eftimovska E, Fisher ES, Ovretveit J, Harrison W, Lind C, Lindblad S
BMJ. Submitted.
