During the period June 18 – September 1

When the current ISP system has closed, no new individual study plans can be created for newly admitted doctoral students. 

After September 1

In September, the transfer to Ladok is expected to be complete and you will be able to start working with your ISPs in Ladok.

When the doctoral students’ individual study plans (ISPs) move into Ladok, you will still recognize most things. The workflow is similar, and most concepts and wording remain the same.

Almost all the information that existed in the doctoral student’s most recently established ISP is now included in the first version of the ISP in Ladok that our robot has created. The documents that were attached in the ISP system are also included there. In cases where something differs, it may be due to the format of the documents or because the text was too long to copy and paste from the old system to the new (see the document Field Translation on the Ladok link above). However, you can still find the latest established ISP from the old system as an attachment under the Basic information tab. 

It is important to know that there will be e-mail notifications from Ladok while the robot migrates all the ISPs from the old to the new system. Please create a folder for these e-mail notifications and a rule that refers these emails to that folder, so that you are not disturbed by the notifications. 

Old ISPs that are now in the ISP system will be archived at KI in collaboration with the Archive and Registry. More information about this will follow.

The individual study plan and progress in doctoral education must be followed up once a year, in accordance with the Higher Education Ordinance and the ISP is a digital tool for each doctoral student's education and is written by the doctoral student together and in agreement with his/her supervisors.
