How does IMM shape its organisation, its premises and its internal interaction so that they serve its mission: research, education and health risk assessment?
The group works with units and research groups, with the premises, and with the interaction between them. This includes questions about which principles should guide future premises decisions, what makes research groups and units sustainable, and which style of research group leadership best serves the mission.
