Generational change, career paths and culture
How can IMM become a place where the researchers of today and tomorrow can, want to, and are given the opportunity to stay and grow?
The group works on how IMM attracts and retains researchers, how an environment with high levels of creativity and research integrity is created, and how younger colleagues become co-creators of IMM’s future. The culture is described as one of IMM’s greatest assets. The question is how it will endure as expertise needs to be renewed over time.
