Clinical Proteomics Mass Spectrometry Core Facility - user guidelines
Clinical Proteomics Mass Spectrometry (MS) is a core facility that offers you an opportunity to analyze the proteome composition of biological samples. The facility provides expertise and services in a wide range of MS-based proteomics methods with a focus on in-depth quantitative proteomics and clinical proteomics. The facility also offers expert support in experimental design to ensure a high-quality service.
Start-up meeting and Experimental planning
Our long experience in applied proteomics provides us with a unique opportunity to assist users and in many instances refine the original experimental plan. For this reason we always offer a start-up meeting to go through the user request in detail.
How to get access to our services
The first step to get access to the Clinical Proteomics Mass Spectrometry Core Facility services is to apply for an account in the iLab booking system. This system will be used for all bookings, service requests and introduction/training meetings.

Services during holidays
The core facility is not engaging/handling any new requests/projects during the summer (from Midsummer until second week of August) and the Christmas break (between Christmas Eve until the first week of January).
