Research Description
My research focuses on algorithmic management (AM) and its impact on working conditions and occupational health in the warehouse and transportation sector in Sweden. I examine organizational and social aspects of algorithmic control, including how AM affects worker autonomy, workload, and well-being.

I am part of a broader research collaboration investigating how AM reshapes traditional job roles, how the technology is implemented across different sectors, and what strategies can mitigate potential risks associated with digital work management. My research aims to improve understanding of how AM can be designed to promote fair and sustainable working conditions.
