Research
My research covers addictive disorders, both complex and mild-to-moderate, and other mental health problems stemming, at least in part, from difficulties with emotion regulation. I work with digital mental health interventions, emotion-focused dynamic therapies, and mental health informatics, drawing on both traditional methods and emerging approaches for natural language processing.
