  • I am a PhD student at the Aging Research Center in the Department of Neurobiology, Care Sciences and Society. I am originally from Canada and moved to Sweden in 2018 to pursue a master's in public health epidemiology at Karolinska Institutet. Since then, I have worked as a research assistant at the Aging Research Center and I am now in the fourth year of my doctoral studies in geriatric epidemiology. I have been affiliated with the Swedish National Graduate School on Ageing and Health (SWEAH) since January 2022.

  • My research focuses on frailty in older adults. I am interested in how to

  • best measure frailty, as well as understanding how different risk factors and
clinical events impact trajectories of frailty. Multimorbidity is another research interest of mine. I have looked into risk factors for incident mulitmorbidity as well as the relation between multimorbidity patterns and risk of frailty.
