About me

  • Doctoral student at the Unit for Occupational Medicine, researching the psychosocial
work environment in the Swedish health care system and its relation to the mental health of
    mental health of healthcare workers.

I have a master's degree in gender studies (Master's program in Gender,
Justice and Society) from Umeå University. Since March 2023 I have been a
doctoral student in the unit for occupational medicine.

My research interests relate to the importance of the work environment for the well-being of the
well-being of the individual and what consequences this may have in a larger
larger perspective. I want to understand what different workplaces and
and conditions mean for work-related health and how this can be
can be investigated from a relational perspective and power positions in the form of
    socioeconomics and gender.

Research

  • In my doctoral project, I am investigating the psychosocial work environment among
physicians, nurses and assistant nurses and what consequences this may have
consequences in CMD and in the care of patients.

The project is mainly based on the LOHHCs cohort (Longitudinal Occupational
Health survey for Health Care professionals in Sweden), but also register data
related to patient safety and outcomes (Funded by the Swedish Research Council #2022-00806).
