Bianka Forgo is a postdoctoral member of the neuroradiology research group at
the Institution of Clinical Neuroscience at Karolinska Institutet. She
participates in projects about post-COVID and cerebral magnetic resonance
imaging perfusion. She obtained her Ph.D. in 2019 at Semmelweis University,
Budapest, Hungary. Her dissertation focused on the genetic and environmental
effects on cerebrovascular variants. She is involved in several research
areas in neuroradiology including stroke and multiple sclerosis. She is a
radiology resident at the Department of Radiology, Örebro University
Hospital. She has a special interest in the clinical use of advanced
neuroimaging methods such as presurgical functional magnetic resonance
imaging.
