Project Management and Support

The Project Management and Support (PMS) unit plays an important role in supporting the Engstrand Group in three main areas: project management, lab coordination, and HR/administrative tasks. The unit is involved in every step of the projects at CTMR, from assisting with sample collection protocols to managing organization of sample collections, to coordinating with collaborators, and managing laboratory safety. The unit also manages several other important tasks related to ordering and invoice management, HR routines, and travel arrangements. The PMS unit aims to optimize various processes to enhance the capabilities of the Engstrand Group while maintaining excellent communication and flexibility to accommodate needs as they appear.
