Moving in - Arrival information

Before arrival

Important arrival information, including the key box code, will be emailed to you approximately 1-2 weeks before your arrival. Please remember to check your spam or junk mail folder regularly to avoid missing this information.

If you have not received the arrival information, you are responsible for contacting us at housingservice@ki.se at least three working days before your contract begins.

Should you arrive without the arrival information and have not notified us beforehand, please contact housingservice@ki.se immediately. Please be aware that if you arrive outside office hours without the necessary information, access to your room or apartment cannot be provided until the next working day. Unfortunately, no compensation can be offered in these circumstances.

Time for key pickup

The keys are picked up from coded key boxes and are available for pickup from 14.00 on the starting date of your contract.

Use of the key boxes

Please note that the key boxes are only intended for key pickup upon arrival and must not be used as key storage by tenants during their stay.
