HumanLab - about us
Construction is underway for HumanLab, a new KI platform at Bioclinicum in Solna bringing together research, education and clinical innovation.
A shared platform for human research
HumanLab brings researchers, students and external partners together in a shared environment for advanced human research. By combining expertise, infrastructure and perspectives across disciplines, the platform enables new approaches to research, education and innovation.
From research to patient impact
Located in close proximity to the hospital, HumanLab strengthens the connection between experimental and clinical research. It creates opportunities to translate scientific discoveries into new methods, diagnostics and treatments—and to bring clinical needs and patient perspectives back into research.
Shared infrastructure, new possibilities
HumanLab provides access to advanced infrastructure designed to support collaborative research across organisational and disciplinary boundaries. The platform will facilitate knowledge exchange and partnerships with healthcare, industry and public-sector organisations.
A translational environment
HumanLab is designed to support the full research continuum—from fundamental questions to clinical application. By bringing researchers and clinicians closer together, it aims to accelerate the translation of knowledge into meaningful improvements in human health.
