About me

  • I am a Bioinformatician and Doctoral Candidate in the Prostate Cancer Genomics group at the Department of Medical Epidemiology and Biostatistics (MEB), Karolinska Institutet. My doctoral research focuses on cancer genomics, bioinformatics, machine learning and data science for analysis of high-rhoughput sequencing data.

2021 - present - Doctoral Student (Medical Sciences) - Cancer Genomics, Bioinformatics, KI, Stockholm, Sweden
2010 - Master of Science in Biosystems & Informatics, Liverpool, UK
2006 - Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, Pondicherry, India

Research

  • My work centers on developing scalable computational pipelines (Snakemake, Nextflow) to analyze high-throughput sequencing data across cancer genomics and transcriptomics. I am particularly interested in applying machine learning and AI to integrate multi-omics data, driving deeper insights into high-penetrance cancers.
