About me
I have an academic foundation from Mälardalen University, where I am currently doing my PhD studies in Work Life Studies.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Education, as well as a master’s degree in Education. I worked as a research assistant on a Forte-funded project for approximately one year before starting my PhD. My doctoral studies are connected to Forte, AFA Insurance, and internal funding at Mälardalen University (MDU).
My professional background is diverse spanning from industries such as flooring, logistics, and entrepreneurship, I bring a comprehensive understanding of various work environments and their unique challenges. My international experience, including extended stays in Asia and work in Norway, has enriched my global perspective on work and culture.
Research
My research centers on optimizing the use of organizational data and employee surveys while developing a method for systematic work environment management (SAM). The projects I am involved in are closely tied to Swedish municipalities, addressing practical challenges and opportunities in these contexts.
I am particularly passionate about workplace dynamics, focusing on areas such as implementation, interventions, illegitimate tasks, psychological safety, learning, and human behavior, with a strong emphasis on statistical analysis to inform evidence-based practices.
