Research
My research interests connect to occupational health, safety and wellbeing in a variety of perspectives, from employment regulation and industrial relations to job quality at the workplace level and wellbeing at individual level. My current focus is on the impact of digitalization and algorithmic management practices on OHS. I have a particular interest in how the trends of digitalization and algorithmic management intersect with individual-level aspects of diversity.
Teaching
I have teaching experience at undergraduate and graduate level in areas associated with workplace health and safety, occupational health psychology and working life studies. I have also conducted seminars and workshops for practitioners, for example in areas of psychosocial work environment and risk assessment for work-related stress.
