Mikael Reimeringer

I work as a Motion analysis technician in Motoriklab and the Core facility for Movement, Activity and Health. It is a research- and clinical motion analysis laboratory were we record and analyse gait and motion using various instruments, for example a 3-dimensional infrared camera system that records reflective markers attached to the body (motion capture), force plates, EMG, IMU´s and accelerometry.
We model the movements of the body and gain insights into gait patterns and forces that apply to the body segments. My work includes recording patients and research subjects, processing and exporting data, maintenance of the lab, aid in technical design and analysis in our research studies.
I am also IT technician for the Neuropediatric Research unit.
