I have worked with reserachers at the MAYO clinic evaluating pulmonary rehabilitation programs using mindfulness exercises in combination with health coaching using MI (motivational interviewing).

My focus is designing and investigating interventions using meditative movements as mindfulness/yoga therapy for differens disorders.

Objective parameters for cardiovascular health, cardiorespiratory fitness, physical function, respiratory function, dysfunctional breathing and sleep (Actigraphy)

Subjective health parameters mental health, perceived health, stress, sleep quality and blood parameters.
