About me
Hi!
I am a cognitive neuroscientist working as a postdoctoral researcher in Dr. Janina Seubert's Nutrilab group within the Psychology Division of the Department of Clinical Neuroscience.
My research focuses on sensory-evoked long-term memories and imaginations. Specifically, I am interested in understanding whether and how odor-evoked memories influence our cognition, behavior, and physiological responses differently compared to other senses. After investigating their impact on episodic memory, I am currently exploring odor-taste associative learning to understand how it is influenced by metabolic status and caloric load.
My research employs various techniques, allowing me to gain insights into both brain and body processes, including behavioral studies, fMRI, and physiological and metabolic measurements.
