Konstantinos Poulakis

I’m a statistician focused in neuroscience data science on aging and dementia. Methodologically, I work with cross sectional and longitudinal unsupervised and supervised models, Bayesian longitudinal trajectory modeling, and robust regression to move from group averages to patient‑level insight using MRI/PET, clinical, and biofluid data, with careful attention to explainability, uncertainty, missingness, and reproducibility. I also teach (PhD‑level courses in regression modelling and workshops in neuroimaging) and supervise students, aiming to connect solid statistical practice with real clinical questions.
