Kilian Preussner

Kilian Preußner studied Biology at the Martin-Luther Universität (MLU) Halle-Wittenberg. After completing his Bachelor degree, during which he investigated Cu-resistance regulation in Cupriavidus metallidurans, he deepened his knowledge of microbiology and metabolism in his Master studies. His master’s thesis work was conducted at the University of Gothenburg and focused on the inhibition of F-plasmid transfer between E. coli. After receiving his master’s degree, he joined the Rosenberger group at Karolinska Institutet as a research assistant to learn about scDVP and perform -omics-based experiments.
