Jurgita Narusyte

I am Associate Professor in epidemiology holding a researcher position at the Division of Insurance Medicine, Department of Clinical Neurosciences. My research focuses on youth mental health and how it links to future labor market marginalization, including sickness absence, disability pension, and unemployment. A distinctive aspect of my work is examining the role of heritability and early rearing environments in these associations, utilizing population-based twin cohorts.
