My research focuses on developing computational methods to decipher the genetic and phenotypic heterogeneity of multiple sclerosis (MS). I apply variational autoencoders, graph neural networks, and large language models to nationwide Swedish registry and genomic data, aiming to advance personalised treatment strategies and enable privacy-preserving data sharing.
