As the HR Manager at the Institute of Environmental Medicine, I am responsible for supporting managers in employee-related matters and ensuring that HR practices comply with legislation, collective agreements, and Karolinska Institutet's policies and guidelines.
The role includes responsibilities such as recruitment, labor law matters, rehabilitation, talent development, occupational health and safety, and collaboration with trade unions.
I also work strategically to develop the organization's workforce planning, leadership capabilities, and employee engagement, helping Karolinska Institutet achieve its operational objectives and maintain its position as an attractive employer.
