About me

  • I graduated as a physiotherapist in 1993 at KI and after working for 6 years at a rehabilitation hospital in Chicago, USA, I worked at the Spinalis spinal cord injury (SCI) outpatient clinic in Stockholm with SCI rehabilitation between 2000-2022. After Spinalis I worked in general outpatient care as a specialist in neurology for a few years.

During the last 15 years I have also been engaged in SCI rehabilitation and care in Botswana, Namibia and India where I have been a part of establishing SCI rehabilitation units in the country or area.

In 2025 I retired from clinical work in Sweden but continue to work mainly in India and Botswana. I am also employed at the Spinalis Foundation as their international coordinator.
