About me
2022 - 2025 Vetenskapsrådet/Swedish Research Council postdoctoral fellowship
Research
During my PhD I worked on identifying genes regulating autoimmune inflammation using a forward genetic screen. My work identified i) the vitamin D receptor, and ii) estrogen-regulation of the costimulatory molecule CD2, as important factors regulating autoreactive T cells in rheumatoid arthritis. Currently, I am working on a CRISPR/Cas9-based genetic screen to understand how checkpoint molecules regulate dendritic cells in the context of autoimmune inflammation and anti-tumor immunity at Harvard Medical School.
