About me
- I am a PhD student in the Neuroimaging group in the Division of Clinical
Geriatrics led by Eric Westman. I have a background in Psychobiology and
Cognitive Neuroscience with a specialisation in Plasticity and Memory. I
previously investigated fitness-induced plasticity in the brain and I worked
in clinics with dementia patients.
2016 - 2018 Master of Science in Cognitive Neuroscience - Plasticity and
Memory, Radboud University and Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and
Behaviour, Nijmegen, NL
2017 - 2018 Research internship at German Centre for Neurodegenerative
Diseases (DZNE) and Institute of Cognitive Neurology and Dementia Research
(IKND), Magdeburg, DE
2013 - 2016 Bachelor Degree in Psychobiological and Cognitive Psychological
Sciences at University of Padua, IT
Research
- I work on AD subtyping and treatments with neuroimaging markers. The main
goals are to translate AD subtyping methods to preclinical and prodromal
stages as well as monitoring the effects of pharmacological and
non-pharmacological interventions at both the neural and cognitive level.
