About me

  • I am a doctoral (Ph.D.) candidate in psychiatric epidemiology within Professor Ellenor Mittendorfer-Rutz's Mental Health and Social Integration (MENTE) research group at the Department of Clinical Neuroscience, Division of Insurance Medicine. My doctoral research is centered around investigating the role of social, work-, health-, and treatment-related factors in labor market marginalization following sickness absence due to common mental disorders, including depression, anxiety, and stress-related mental disorders. These research projects utilize extensive individual-level microdata sourced from various national registers, administered by Statistics Sweden, the Board of Health and Welfare, the Social Insurance Agency, and Region Stockholm, and encompass a wide array of epidemiological methods and advanced statistical analyses.

M.Sc. in Public Health Sciences with a Specialization in Health Promotion and Prevention from Karolinska Institutet (2021 - 2023)
