About me

  • I'm a licensed psychologist dedicated to improving mental health and well-being in the workplace. My expertise lies in organisational intervention and implementation research aimed at promoting mental health in the workplace. I earned my Ph.D. from Karolinska Institutet in January 2023 after successfully defending my thesis "Evaluating Occupational Health Interventions: Design, Implementation, and Effects".

Building on the intervention projects I worked on as a Ph.D. student, I'm engaged in an innovative project focused on co-creating occupational health interventions to prevent and address workplace sexual harassment. We focus on the hospitality and healthcare industries.
Co-creation, an approach that values stakeholders' needs and local contexts as essential for promoting behavioural change, is at the core of my current research. Co-creation has gained prominence in public and occupational health by promoting a more people-centred and effective approach to addressing health challenges. However, there is a shortage of research evaluating the effectiveness and implementation of co-created interventions. My goal is to advance the field's knowledge and practices.
