Research
My research focuses on the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer biology, with a particular emphasis on the effect of metabolic stress on cell fate. I am especially interested in how dysregulation of ribosome biogenesis and function contributes to tumor development. In addition, I investigate the interplay between inflammation and cancer progression, aiming to uncover vulnerabilities that can be exploited for therapeutic intervention. Through a combination of functional genomics and molecular biology approaches, my work seeks to better understand the complex networks that drive malignancy and treatment resistance.
