About me

  • I am a postdoctoral researcher in Dr. Donghao Lu’s lab at Karolinska Institutet. I earned my Bachelor of Medicine degree from Wuhan University, China, in 2018, and completed my PhD in Medical Science at Karolinska Institutet in 2025.

My doctoral research focused on repurposing existing drugs to delay aging and prevent Alzheimer’s disease, using advanced causal inference methodologies. Through this work, I gained extensive training in molecular epidemiology, pharmacoepidemiology, and the application of causal frameworks in epidemiological research, particularly in the fields of aging and Alzheimer’s disease.

As a postdoctoral researcher, I now focus on unraveling the molecular signatures of reproductive mood disorders, such as postpartum depression, using multi-omics approaches. My research integrates molecular data with clinical information through a combination of statistical modeling, omics analyses, and machine learning techniques.
