I am the communications officer at the Centre for Health Crises and in the research group Global Disaster Medicine - Health Needs and Response at the Department of Global Public Health.

As the communications officer, I:

• Plan communication, both in day-to-day work and for a specific project or event
• Develop communications strategies and advocacy material
• Create and maintain webpages
• Produce or edit texts
• Produce and publish material online, such as films, photos and texts
• Produce material such as brochures and posters
• Manage media relations
• Monitor media and press
• Support and advice regarding participation in the media
• Answer questions from press and media

• ERASMUS exchange programme, International relations, Sciences Po, Paris
• Masters degree, International journalism, City University of London

I lecture in popular science writing and media relations.
