Research

  • The main purpose of my research projects aims to contribute to better understand chronic kidney disease (CKD) across its different stages, its etiologies and its complications
  • to identify (modifiable) risks factors and biomarkers of CKD, CKD progression, its complications, and of CKD-related diseases
  • to contribute to better characterize the prognosis of CKD and improve risk stratification
  • and to assess real-life clinical and therapeutic management associated with improved clinical outcomes in CKD.
