About me
I am a physiotherapist with a passion for the promotion of physical activity. Encouraging people to see movement as fun and health-beneficial is what I strive for. I have a personal interest in various sports and enjoy being outdoors. My professional interests span physical activity promotion on both the individual and population levels.
Research
My research focuses on the prevention of cardiovascular diseases using accelerometer-measured physical activity data. I investigate the relationship between movement behaviours and other factors linked to the development of cardiovascular diseases. As part of my PhD studies, I also evaluate the feasibility of a digital service designed to promote healthy lifestyle behaviours.

Conference/event participation
- Event administrator, PhD conference 2024, a 2-day conference organised by PhD students for PhD students by the Doctoral Student Association of KI. I was responsible for recruiting the conference speakers and putting together the program. I also gave technical/organisational support during the event., 2024
