Abid Lashari

I am a biostatistician working alongside Emma Brulin. Our current research focuses on understanding the impact of shift and night work, as well as working hours, on the risk of common mental disorders among Swedish healthcare employees.

I earned my PhD in Mathematical Statistics from Stockholm University. Previously, I was a member of the Applied Biostatistics Group within the Department of Medical Epidemiology and Biostatistics (MEB). My work there involved advancing statistical methods in causal inference, machine learning, and clinical trial design, as well as applied research in infectious disease.
