The HR unit at CNS
The HR unit assists you with inquiries related to employment, recruitment, compensation for temporary employees, affiliations, and much more. Below are some of the areas we cover.
- Employment matters such as extension of contracts, leaves of absence, salary queries, performance management, vacation, benefits, illness, and the regulations governing these issues.
- Recruitment; We provide support in the process of recruiting new employees, both advisory and administrative.
- Compensation for temporary employeesWe provide advisory and administrative support with time-limited employment contracts, hourly rates, expert fees, and opponent fees.
- Affiliations. We help you with the rules regarding affiliations and managing the administrative aspects of registration, extensions, and terminations.
- Rehabilitation due to extended sick leave.
- You can always contact us if you experience problems at work or within your workgroup, for example in issues related to work environment, harassment, or illness.
