The townhouses are located directly on Karolinska Institutet Campus in Solna.
The national park called “Hagaparken”, with a lot of activities, is located 1 kilometer away.
You can also reach the lovely district “Vasastan” by walking. Vasastan is known for its large selection of cafés, bars and restaurants. The popular street “Rörstrandsgatan” with a lot of restaurants is located only 850 meters away.
There are two shopping malls within walking distance: Västermalmsgallerian (about 1,7 kilometers) and Solna Centrum (about 2 kilometers).

Furniture
The tenant is responsible for keeping the apartment and its furniture clean during the whole lease and for leaving them clean for the new tenant.
Deficiencies regarding the inventory must be reported to the KI Housing office. When a tenant is leaving, damaged and/or missing items will be replaced and charged to the tenant.
Bedlinen
The beds are equipped with mattress, mattress cover, quilt (size 150x200 cm) and pillow (size 50x60 cm). Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen and towels.
Internet
Internet is not provided by KI Housing in this area. The internet service eduroam is available for KI students and staff on the KI Campus in Solna.
Tenants that sign up for own internet solutions are responsible for all matters related to internet connection and KI Housing will take no responsibility.
TV
The apartments are not equipped with TV-sets.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen utensils.
Cleaning equipment
All apartments are equipped with a vacuum cleaner, mop and pail. Please note that vacuum bags are not provided – the tenant is responsible for buying new vacuuming bags during the leasing period.
Garbage disposal
There is a garbage room located beside Berzelius väg 2G that you can enter with your key. Each tenant must use plastic bags for the domestic waste and seal them tightly before putting them into the containers.

Laundry room
The laundry room is located in the basement, that you reach by the entrance door on the side of Berzelius väg 2G. You open the door with your key.
There is a time schedule with key cylinders for laundry booking. Your key cylinder is usually marked with your apartment number. Please read the instructions carefully before using the machines. It is custom to clean the laundry room when you are done (sweeping the floor, removing dust from the tumble drier and wiping off the washing machines). The laundry room must not be used after 22.00 as it might disturb other tenants.
Mailboxes
There is a mailbox outside each apartment.
Bike storage
You may store your bike in the basement, that you reach by the entrance door located on the side of Berzelius väg 2G (where also the laundry room is located). You open the door with one of your keys.
Smoke detectors
The apartments are equipped with smoke detectors. KI Housing checks the detector between tenants and the tenant is responsible for notifying us of any deficiency of the detector during the tenancy. If you hear a beeping sound, the battery of the detector needs to be exchanged. Please remove it and submit a maintenance service request in the customer portal.
Car parking
Residents may park their car behind the townhouses if they have a parking permit (a fee is charged). To require a parking permit, contact Aimo Park customer service at 0771-96 90 06.

How to get here from the central station
Take the subway or commuter train from T-Centralen to Odenplan. From Odenplan, you can catch bus No. 53 or 72. Get off at the stop Karolinska Institutet Västra.*

KI Campus Solna
The townhouses are located on the KI Campus in Solna.
KI Campus Flemingsberg
From KI Campus Solna you may take the free shuttle bus that connects the Solna and Flemingsberg Campuses (only on weekdays). The journey from KI Campus in Solna to Flemingsberg takes approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on the traffic situation.
The KI Campus in Flemingsberg is also reachable by public transport. To get there, you can catch bus No. 53 or 72 from Karolinska Institutet västra to Odenplan. From Odenplan, you can take the commuter train towards Södertälje. Get off at Flemingsberg.* From there you may walk to the Campus Flemingsberg (about 600 meters).
