Working as sequencing team leader in CTMR, where I organize and keep track of day-to-day sequencing work. My work also includes planning resources, follow up projects progress and efficient communications within and outside the team and trouble shootings. Another major part of my work focus on methods development and optimization, where I validate and develop methods and technologies to meet different samples and project’s needs
