About me
I am a PhD student at the Aging Research Center (NVS) starting from 2025, with a background in Biostatistics. My research interests focuse on exploring longitudinal cohort data to identify multidimensional determinants that influence health trajectories in older adults.
Research
The ultimate goal of my doctoral project is to identify dietary recommendations that can have the greatest impact on healthy longevity, as well as the groups of older adults who would benefit the most. Our aim is to generate evidence that supports the personalization of the Swedish Food Agency’s dietary guidelines to better meet the needs of older adults. To ensure the validity of our findings across different populations and settings, the main analyses will be based on data from thhree SNAC cohorts, and we will replicate the analyses in two aging cohorts from Spain and one from the UK.
