About me

  • I am an enthusiastic immunologist with high interest in antigen-specific T cell biology.

I completed my BSc and my MSc in biological science and research at Nantes University in France. During this time, I trained in immunology thanks to two internships at the Center for Research in Transplantation and Translational Immunology (CR2Ti) in Amédée Renand's and Sophie Conchon's lab. Thrilled by these projects, I continued in the lab with a PhD in Immunology which focused on the study of signals involved in the emergence and function of T cells specific for a liver antigen. I acquired a solid expertise in (auto-)antigen-specific T cell characterization by investigating autoreactive T cell biology in patients suffering from autoimmune liver diseases and by developing a genetically engineered mouse model for the study of in vivo liver antigen-specific T cell responses.

Research

  • I joined Antonino Cassotta's lab in June 2026 as a postdoctoral researcher. My goal is to dissect the endogenous TCR repertoire of tumor-reactive T cells and their cognate (neo-)epitope reactivity in multiple myeloma patients. Our efforts will provide in-depth knowledge in tumor-reactive T cell biology and potential novel treatment strategies in multiple myeloma.
