Therese Rådman

I am a doctoral student enrolled in the Research School of Health Science (2025–2029). I am a specialist nurse in oncology with experience in cancer care, both as a clinical nurse, leader, and manager. I also have experience from services for individuals with disabilities (LSS) and social psychiatry.

My doctoral project focuses on the implementation, evaluation, and adaptation of an evidence-based and person-centered transition program for young people with chronic conditions moving into adult healthcare. The doctoral project is part of the national research project STEPSTONES-implement.
