About me

  • I am a post doctoral fellow focusing on studies on psychotherapy education and their influnce on behavior change. My Ph D thesis focused on factors influencing the use of and de-implementation of low-value care. My background is that I am a work and organizational psychologist and have worked as a consultant with organizational and leadership development. I am also involved in courses in work and organizational psychology both at Karolinska Institutet and Uppsala University for psychologist students.

Research

  • My Ph D studies focused on factors influencing the use of and de-implementation of low-value care. I have studied this both with scoping
    reviews on the literature, qualitative studies and an intervention study currently under review.

Teaching

  • I teach work and organizational psychology at the psychology program at Karolinska Institutet and Uppsala University. Specifically focusing on organizational behavior management (OBM). I also teach leadership, OBM and organizational theory at Competence center for Psychotherapy and train supervisors for doctoral students in communication and conflict management at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences. And train managers in OBM as part of the leadership course in motivational leadership arranged by Executive and professional education at Karolinska Institutet.
