Research

  • Dr. Grudzinska Pechhacker is an ophthalmologist and ophthalmic geneticist.
    Her career focuses on genetic eye disorders with emphasis on inherited
    retinal degenerations (IRDs). She is passionately dedicated to improve
    diagnostics and management strategies for patients with genetic eye
    disorders. She was further trained in clinical visual electrophysiology
    (Moorfields Eye Hospital, UK) and underwent fellowship in Ocular Genetics
    and Electrophysiology at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) and
    University of Toronto, Canada. Dr. Grudzinska Pechhacker's research
    interests are IRDs both syndromic - and non-syndromic.
