Research

  • I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Personalized Diet and Medications for Cognition – Garcia-Ptacek Group. My research focuses on the health effects of psychiatric disorders and related medications, and inflammatory and comorbid conditions, on disease progression, treatment patterns, and clinical outcomes in individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.

    Currently, my work mainly focuses on identifying prenatal risk factors for dementia later in life, including adverse birth outcomes and maternal health conditions, by leveraging data from the Swedish national registers.
