Research
My research focuses on public health and sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), with an emphasis on how violence and oppression affect sexual and reproductive health as well as overall well-being. By adopting an intersectional and equity-oriented approach, I aim to highlight the unique challenges faced by vulnerable groups, including youth and LGBTQI individuals. Employing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, my research endeavors to deepen the understanding of the structural and social factors shaping the conditions necessary for equitable and inclusive SRHR in Sweden.
