Experiences of hatha yogic exercises among patients with obstructive pulmonary disease: a qualitative study
Post-doc at NVS, Karolinska Institute
Investigated 3 different yogic interventions on cardiovascular health, cardiorespiratory fitnessm respiration and experiences. Self report articles in preparation. Articles on subjective stress,sleep, symptoms and mental health is ongoing and some submitted (in healthy and diseased participants).

Bakgrund: PhD 2017. Subjective health data are still not reported and in preparation. One article is submitted and another 2 is in preparation.
Aim: Statistical preparation and manuscrips writing of data
Method: Manuscrips preparation and submitting is ongoing.
Results: Increased dosage of yogic exercises is correlated with improved health as sleep and depression. Yogic exercises is compared to usual care (physical therapy as cycling and strength training) seem not to have any negative effects and similar effects on health.
